Here are the options we chose for our Springbrook:
First, let me say that the Springbrook was the featured model the month we walked into the Ryan Sales office. We had no idea but we knew we wanted a one story with a full finished basement so having this exact house as the featured model was just another sign (there were SO many!)
Because of this, we were given a lot of options for free.
Finished basement was included
Media room finished was included
Upgraded owners bathroom with soaking tub and stand alone shower were included
4' extention on great room included
Morning room included
Elevation L (cottage elevation) was included BUT, I really wanted a covered porch so we got elevation M (also cottage elevation) and a $5000 credit toward that elevation.
All in all, we literally received $53,000 in upgrades for a base model price!
Of course, we did plenty of damage ourselves with other upgrades but we would not have been able to without the incentives.
We added:
Egress window in basement
Granite countertops in Grey Pearl
Tahoe Cherry Bordeaux cabinets
Kitchen hutch extension with glass cabinets above
Hard wood in foyer, hallways, and office in Manchester Plank Saddle 3.25"
Upgraded pad 8lb and level 3 carpet in great room, bedrooms and basement. Color: Sand Swept
Stainless steel appliance package (BUT, I am seriously second guessing this decision)
18x18 tiles in kitchen and morning room in Salerno (It is SO beautiful!) Cost the same as hardwood but I did not want wood in the kitchen.
Our bathroom: Stratford Place tile with Kinetic Khaki blend of tile and glass as accent strip
Bathroom cabinet in Scottsdale Maple Espresso with white countertops
Tray ceiling in master bedroom
Metal balusters on basement stairs
garage floor drain
Surround sound package from Guardian for media room
Security system from Guardian
And...a beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace (unfortunately, it's gas...NO wood burning allowed)
Exterior colors:
Siding: Silver Mist
Shake: Canyon
Stone: Aspen
Front door: Black bean with leaded glass door
Shutters: Brown
WOW! I am getting excited just thinking of how all this will look when the house is done.
